HI, I’M RACHEL!
A PASSIONATE BAKER WITH OVER 15 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE.

I am a classically trained pastry chef who studied at The Culinary Institute of America in both Napa Valley, California and Hyde Park, New York. I've worked all over the country in a myriad of hotels, restaurants, bakeries, and dessert bars before moving back to the Merrimack Valley in 2016 and starting The Baker's Rack in August 2018.

When I'm not in the kitchen, you'll likely find me in the garden, chasing chickens, or somewhere on a boat. I love the water, and find just about every excuse to be on a lake or in a pool.
