Meet The Baker

Rachel F. Cohen, CPC

Rachel is a classically trained pastry chef who studied at The Culinary Institute of America in both Napa Valley, California and Hyde Park, New York. She has worked all over the country in a myriad of hotels, restaurants, bakeries, and dessert bars before moving back to the Merrimack Valley and starting The Baker's Rack in August 2018.
