Meet The Baker
Rachel F. Cohen, CPC
Rachel is a classically trained pastry chef who studied at The Culinary Institute of America in both Napa Valley, California and Hyde Park, New York. She has worked all over the country in a myriad of hotels, restaurants, bakeries, and dessert bars before moving back to the Merrimack Valley in 2016 and starting The Baker's Rack in August 2018.

We use quality ingredients and take pride in bringing you the best products. From ordering cookie cutters, cake pans, and boxes, to walking through the aisles of the grocery stores and restaurant supply shops, each decision is carefully planned in order to make sure you have the best experience with us. Please keep in mind that we work with food, and while we try our best to get as close to your color schemes and themes as possible, product and color matching is not guaranteed.
